Post Construction Cleaning in Cincinnati for Builders and Contractors
The final clean between the last trade leaving and the keys changing hands
A finished build still has a job left: getting rid of the dust. Our post construction cleaning in Cincinnati clears drywall dust, sawdust, debris, and residue from new homes, additions, and commercial build-outs, so the space is ready for a walkthrough, a closing, or opening day.
Fine dust ends up everywhere: on window tracks, inside cabinets, along baseboards, on light fixtures, and in vent covers. We work from the top of the room down, so dust knocked loose from a fixture isn't left on a floor that has already been mopped.
We work with general contractors, custom home builders, remodelers, and property managers on single units and larger projects. Tell us your deadline and we'll plan the crew and the visit around it.
Built by You, Cleaned by Us
Before We Start
- Construction work should be finished and the space cleared of tools and materials
- Trades should be off-site while we clean, so dust isn't stirred back up
- Fine dust can keep settling out of ducts and gaps for a while after a build, even after a thorough clean
- Let us know ahead of time about paint, putty, adhesive, or stickers that need to come off
- Our crew brings the supplies and equipment, including vacuums and ladders

Builder and Contractor Questions
When should the post-construction clean be scheduled?
After the last trade has finished and packed up, and ideally a day or two before your walkthrough or closing. That leaves room for a touch-up if dust settles out of the vents.
Do you haul away construction debris?
We bag and remove the leftover trash and light debris from the cleanup. Dumpster loads, scrap materials, and large items should be cleared by the builder first.
Can you clean several units in the same project?
Yes. Send us the number of units, their sizes, and the order you need them finished in, and we will price and schedule them together.
