Heavy Duty House Cleaning for Homes That Fell Behind

BILLED BY THE HOUR

Busy year, new baby, long illness, or a rental you just took over? We'll get the place back on track.

What Heavy Duty House Cleaning Covers

Our heavy duty house cleaning is for Greater Cincinnati homes that haven't had a real clean in six months or more: grease caked on the stove and cabinets, thick soap scum in the tub, stained floors, and dust on every surface. It goes past a deep clean, adding wall washing, cabinet interiors, and the spots under sinks that usually get skipped.

Tell Us Before You Book

Let us know ahead of time that your home needs heavy-duty work. It helps us send the right crew and plan enough time, and a few photos let us give you a closer estimate. Standard and deep cleanings can't be booked for a home in this condition. If one is booked and the home turns out to need heavy-duty work, we may need to adjust the price or stop the visit.

Because it's billed by the hour, you can focus the time where you need it most, like the kitchen and bathrooms first and the rest of the house on a second visit. Every home is different, so we look at each one on its own.

Signs Your Home Needs a Catch-Up Clean

  • Nobody has properly cleaned it in more than six months
  • The stove and kitchen cabinets have a sticky layer of grease
  • The tub, toilet, and sink need serious scrubbing
  • Walls and floors have marks and stains that won't wipe off
  • Dust has built up on shelves, fans, and window sills
  • Clutter needs to be cleared before cleaning can start

Good to know: If clutter has to be picked up before we can clean, that takes extra time. Book a longer visit so the cleaning itself isn't cut short.

Everything in a Deep Clean, Plus More

A heavy-duty visit can cover every task on our deep cleaning list, along with these:

*Plan enough hours for everything on your list.

Catch-Up Cleaning Questions

How is heavy-duty cleaning priced?

It's billed by the hour for each cleaner on the job. Photos of the space help us suggest how many hours and cleaners to book.

How do I know if I need heavy-duty cleaning instead of a deep clean?

If the home has gone six months or more without a real clean, or grease and soap scum have built into thick layers, book heavy-duty cleaning. A deep clean is for normal, lived-in buildup.

Can you split the work across more than one visit?

Yes. Many customers start with the kitchen and bathrooms, then book a second visit for the rest of the house.
